This place is recommended to whom is saying declare as a crab lover. The taste is very good and you can choose a few variant of taste. Kepiting soka (soft shell) is also available. You can make a take away order with a safe packaging to hand carry out. The price is reasonable. Try it!

Another well-known crab restaurant in Balikpapan. The restaurant is air-conditioned and quite spacious compared to its competitor nearby. Kenari serves some tasty crabs with various sauces. They're special dish is the sweet-and-sour sauce crab but the taste of the sauce can be quite overpowering. I prefer the more traditional black pepper sauce. Would definitely come back here.

Really love the soka crab, the sauted vegetables is also delicious, and they have a big portion of fried rice

Finally, I tried the best kepiting asam manis ini Indonesia.. after the first bite, well that's beyond imagination.. totally recommended

the most delicious crab restaurant in Balikpapan City, I love black pepper crab, sweet and sour crab and the fried crab is the best. Savory crab coupled with black pepper sauce and seasoning ,,,, hmmmm ,,, yummy

One of my favorite place to break my crab crave. Really love the blackpepper crab and their special sauce. But the special sauce a bit sweet to me. Overall, a really good place to hangout with fams or takeaway back to home town with family.

Talking about legendary Crabs Restauran, you have to list this to top of Rank. The variaties of Crabs menu was so differ with Saus Padang is recommended here. The choice of size are also suitable for those who like medium or big one to accomodate Few or grourp of people. There are also others dishes eg. Puyunghai also seafood restaurant which also delicious. Set of Table shall be improved with more private room and chinese table compare to barack style dining set

Had a take away that time while waiting for my connecting flight. The crabs are already prepared so i only had to wait for no longer than 10 min until the crabs're ready. Famous for its blackpepper one but the others are good too. The crabs are big, a portion is enough to feed 4 people. Kinda pricey tho but worth every penny

Nice reato for seafood at Balikpapan

The legendary crab restaurant at Balikpapan. I never missed to visit this restaurant while I visit this city. Basically they have 4 main dishes, which I usually order most, crab in the black pepper sauce, crab in sweet and sour sauce, fried garlic crab and fried soft shell crab. It is all delicious. All can be taking away, but I recommended dining in, because it is more fresh and tasty.

Delicious crab. Big portion. Try they fried rice, it delicious too. Ga percuma jauh2 didatangi. Next time visit Balikpapan, we'll try another crab here.

Another Great Crab Restorant in Balikpapan. The Crab is Great, juicy and very delicious. Often eat in here when i work at Balikpapan, each there a guest from HQ always bring them to this restaurant. The ambience reminds me like an old style restaurant .... very comfortable and homy

When you happened to be at Balikpapan, whether you was in vacation or business trip, you must try their local signature culinary. One of famous culinary at Balikpapan is crab. I would like to recommend Restoran Kepiting Kenari’s “Kepiting Goreng Bawang”. This menu already become my favorite since the first time I tried. It has a really good taste, served in really big size portion, with a very reasonable price. If you want to bring this menu to home, they can prepare takeaway box for you. I hope that one day, I can come to this restaurant again

Big portions (even half portion is a lot!), superb taste. I ordered the crab with black pepper sauce. The shells are cracked pre cooking so it's easy to get in the meat and the sauce seeps in to every parts of the crab. The sauce is generous and finger-licking good!

A restaurant that specialises in seafood and more specifically crab. Crab is available prepared in multiple different ways (black pepper, sweet/sour, etc). Large portions on the crab, less so on the veggies. No alcohol served here.

THE BEST CRAB EVER. The meat of the crab literally fall out easily through the shell, i never taste crab like this. So good. So big. So rich with meat and tasty. Usually in other restaurant i would prefer to eat with hot-sweet sauce but surprisingly when i ordered the blackpepper sauce in here, the taste was amazing. Here is the update menu in this restaurant.

It was a legendary restaurant for its famous crab menu. The food is still good, but the place is now not too full.

Food is good but i prefer the soup than cracking the crab shells as i beleive i get more meat.place is really clean

Been recommend for friend to have a try before heading back home. There are another one call new kenari so make sure with your driver to drop to your prefer restaurant. We going there thru a grab so need to alert the driver your destination again. As their habits seem like not look much into their maps as confirmation .Their special sauce is referring to asam manis which is sweet sour. The acidic like tangerines and a bit spicy really open your appetite. We order a half potion (1 and a half female crab) enough for two person. It will be best if the crab are serve sizzling hot, seem like the meal had prepare in advance thus don't have this hot meal feeling.

My mom said if you want to get a fried crab, this restaurant is the best choice than Dandito. But if you want blackpepper crab or sweet and sour crab, you better get it from Dandito. The parking is enough for 10 cars. Prayer room is available here and it is located in non-AC dining room, along with the toilet.

The taste quality is downgraded.. need to improve more like in the past
